Storyline

Not one to leave a person in distress behind, Elise carries the girl back to town. One thing leads to another, and the girl, Rose, ends up living with Elise. Elise and Rose adapt quickly to life with each other, and the townspeople are charmed by the village's new resident. But Rose is no ordinary girl, and the secrets of her past will draw Elise into an adventure far grander than her usual odd jobs.
