Pushup RPG is a free fitness game that turns real exercise into an RPG adventure. Prop up your phone and the front camera counts push-ups and squats in real time using on-device pose detection. During battles, each completed rep becomes an attack against the monster on screen.
Build your hero, improve your gear and fight through 48 foes across eight biomes. Victories earn XP and loot. You can also join a guild, help defeat a shared weekly boss, climb separate push-up and squat leaderboards, or challenge a friend in a live 40-second duel. Sit-ups and planks are available as solo training modes that keep your streak alive.
The camera does the counting, so progress comes from movement rather than manual logging. Pose detection stays on your phone, and optional recordings remain on your device unless you choose to share them. The core campaign and rep tracking are free on iOS and Android, with optional in-app purchases.
