Phantom Blade Zero Launches October 29 on PS5 and PC: What to Know

Phantom Blade Zero, S-GAME’s dark wuxia action RPG, launches worldwide on Thursday, October 29, 2026 for PlayStation 5 and PC. Here is what the developer has confirmed ahead of release.
Release date and platforms
- Release date: October 29, 2026.
- Platforms: PlayStation 5, Steam and the Epic Games Store.
- Xbox: no Xbox version has been announced.
- Players: single-player.
Delay and pre-orders
The game was originally scheduled for September 9. S-GAME announced on June 2, 2026 that it was moving the launch to October 29, giving the team about 50 more days to polish the game. Pre-orders opened on August 11 alongside an 11-minute trailer, and the game was featured in a dedicated PlayStation State of Play on August 17. S-GAME has said development is complete.
What has not been confirmed
Some reports mention a 12-month console exclusivity window for PlayStation, but S-GAME has not commented on it, so we are not treating it as confirmed. Details such as the install size and PS5 Pro enhancements had not been shared when we last checked.
What it means for players
With the date locked in and development finished, the October 29 launch looks firm. If you pre-ordered on PlayStation Store, Steam or Epic, check the store page for your preload and unlock times, since they are set by each storefront. See the Phantom Blade Zero game page on GameGood for more.
